I LOVE every image from this session, it’s hard not to include them all.  Noah was such a calm, easy baby to photograph, and that hair has to be the most gorgeous hair I’ve ever seen on a baby.

Isn’t he just the cutest? 🙂

Amber was 2 weeks when she came to visit me and was a dream to photograph.  She slept through the entire session and we got through loads of poses. 

3 generations of girls together, so lovely to see.

Ella was 18 days young when she came to visit me, you just never know quite how sleepy a baby will be at 18 days but Ella was brilliant for me, and even showed me a few grins 🙂

I LOVE macro shots, all those tiny details, showing how perfect newborns are.

Here are the photos from my first 1:1 mentoring session with Kylie Day Photogrpahy.  Kylie traveled from Rotorua to mentor with me, it was such an honour to be able to teach her how to settle, pose and work with newborns.

First model up was Lily, she was 10 days old and such a sweet wee thing.  I’m totally in love with the one eye open shot I got – she was just so content to lye there 🙂

And baby number two was Azaret – only 5 days old and super sleepy and content.  Along with her wonderful big sister Quaress, who takes the prize for the best 3 year old model – she just lay there and smiled at me 🙂
